With over 16 years of experience across the U.S. and Israel, Michelle has worked across sectors, industries, and continents, in high-stakes, multicultural environments - where leadership directly impacts outcomes. Throughout her experience in international communications, strategic partnerships, and project management, a clear pattern emerged: leadership can either fuel alignment and growth—or lead to disconnection and missed potential. That realization became the foundation of her mission: to help leaders show up with greater intention, self awareness, and human connection.

 

​Michelle is known for her warm, energizing presence, her thoughtful coaching style, and her practical, cross-functional perspective to her work with clients around the globe. She is a certified executive coach (ICF), a Hogan Assessments practitioner, and holds a Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from New York University.
